  7. This program will allow users to have up to 10 who banners in a list,
  8. and choose from the list for their actual who banner! It also will
  9. colorize their banner, in a SAFE way, to make sure that NOTHING other
  10. than a color command ends up in the banner. My first version of this
  11. program sent the user into the editor to do thier list. That was fine,
  12. until they started putting kolorific and beeps in there. (aarrrgh!) hehe
  13. This Program NOW adds the color FOR them, there is nowhere in the program
  14. that the user can enter any MCI commands.

  16. They can edit, pick one manually. or pick one at random.
